By creating an account or using NeuroCare, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
NeuroCare offers information, self-screening questionnaires and community support. It does not diagnose any condition and is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Screening results are a starting point for a conversation with a professional, not a diagnosis.
Posts, stories and replies are written by other members and reflect their personal experience, not medical advice. Always check health decisions with a professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
NeuroCare is a place for support and understanding. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. When you post, reply or share a story, you must not:
Every post, reply and story has a Report option, and you can block any member so you no longer see their content or profile. You can manage blocked members from your Profile.
Content reported by several members is hidden automatically. Our team reviews reports, removes content that breaks these guidelines, and may suspend or permanently remove members who post it.
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you allow NeuroCare to display it to other members inside the app. You are responsible for what you post, and you can delete your own posts, replies and stories at any time.
Keep your login details private. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live; a parent or caregiver can use the app on behalf of a child. You can delete your account at any time from your Profile.
The services directory lists independent specialists, schools and organisations. NeuroCare does not employ them and is not responsible for the care they provide. Please check any provider yourself before booking.
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use NeuroCare after a change means you accept the updated terms.
