Delete your NeuroCare account
In the app
- Open NeuroCare and sign in.
- Tap your profile picture at the top of any tab to open Profile.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Tap Delete to confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
Can't use the app?
Email contact@ivyapps.cloud from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will do it within 7 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account (email and password)
- Your profile: username, location, bio and social link
- All your screening / assessment answers and results
- Your list of blocked members
What is kept
Posts and stories you shared stay in the community so other members' conversations still make sense, but your name is removed and they are shown as posted by "Deleted user". Replies you left on other people's posts currently keep your username. To have any of these removed completely, delete them in the app before deleting your account, or email us. Reports you filed are kept so our moderation records stay complete.
